Astroboy, created by Osamu Tezuka. Originally a popular Manga, Astroboy became the first animated series from Japan to be broadcast in the US.
Photo is of me performing as Astroboy at a Sony Christmas party in 2003. Santa Claus was there, as well as the Power Rangers and Strawberry Shortcake. The performance took place before the new (and short lived) series debuted on Warner Bros. The Japanese families at the party knew who I was. Most the rest of the folks kept referring to me as "nude boy".
